the "Southerly"
Two smaller homes connected by a breezeway. This house is located on the south side of Cross Street between Norris St. and Steamboat Ave. and has a Steamboat Avenue address. It was formed by moving a house from the other side of Cross St and connecting it to an exisiting house. It was formerly known as the "Southerly" and belonged to the Allen Family and later the Pelzar Family.
