Belfast, Maine, Train Tracks, View of the Belfast waterfront and the Belfast & Moosehead Lake Railroad yard looking south. On the left, tied up at the Railroad Wharf, is one of the many small steamers (probably the "Goldenrod") which serviced ports on Penobscot Bay and called on Belfast. In the center are the tracks and engine sheds of the railroad. Just past and above the railroad yard, the Daly Brothers Shoe Factory can be seen (the long building with the tower).
