Several sets of tracks approach the overpass and passenger station at the Northen Maine Junction, Hermon, Maine. A line of connected boxcars partially obscures the car shop at the right. The two tall structures that are connected by an enclosed overhead conveyor are used for moving coal to supply the locomotives which pass through this junction. The gable-roofed building to the left belongs to Bangor & Aroostook. The building under the bridge with a hip roof, is Union Station.
