Lash Boat Yard Fire
Here is the result of the fire at Lash Bros Boatshop at Friendship, Maine, October 24, 1987. A new lobster boat about to be launched and valued at $95,000 was destroyed along with a boat shed, shop and offices. This is a view of the old launching way.
