Built by Edward T. Gamage for Stephen H. Robbins Jr of Stonington. STACIE VEA was launched July 18, 1981 ready for off shore lobster fishing. Named for Robbin's daughter, the insulated fish holds will carry 40,000 of fish while three special lobster holding tanks will carry an additional 11,400 pounds of lobster, With a maximum load the STACIE VEA will draw 9 feet 9 inches with her 18 foot beam.
