Quilt shown at the Bank of Damariscotta. Bicentennial Quilt constructed at Bristol Mills to raise money for repairs to the church steeple. Among the quilters were Josie ( Mrs Elroy) Sproul and Lillian (Mrs Earl) Benner. Over 4000 tickets were sold at $2.00.
