Rockport Apprentice Shop
This Rangeley boat, built at the Rockport Apprenticeshop in 1989, was expected to be raffled off at Acadia National Park. It was donated by Bruce Bauman of Dedham,Mass.. The non-profit wooden boat school operated in Rockport, Maine, from 1982 to 1992. It was founded in Bath, Maine, in 1972. From 1992-1995 it was in Nobleboro and in 1995 moved to Rockland, Maine, where it continues in its 50th year in 2022.
