BILL OF RIGHTS - schooner seen here under sail. June 16, 1971 A partial replica of an 1856 gaff topsail schooner which, with a secret hold, was used as a contraband runner along the East Coast. Built for Joseph M. Davis Jr., of Pawtucket, R.I. by the Harvey F. Gamage Yard of South Bristol, Me. Name representative of the inherent rights and liberties delineated in the Bill of Rights of the United States, which even Congress cannot infringe upon, and that belong to all. LOA 125', she has an oaken keel.
