PURSUIT
Here's a view of the speakers' platform at the launch Sept. 4, 1982, of the 78 ft. fishing vessel PURSUIT at the Washburn & Doughty shipyard in East Boothbay, Maine. Built for Capt. Ron Woodbury, one of the investors in the newly-formed New Meadows Trawlers, Inc., PURSUIT was intended for scalloping with a crew of 12, working from Bath, Maine. She was designed by Washburn & Doughty with a beam of 21 ft. 3 inches and draft of 11 feet.
