Schooner VICTORY CHIMES

VICTORY CHIMES, the great windjammer, was owned by Domino's Pizza in 1989, and sailed in the Great Lakes in the summer but returned to Boothbay Harbor, Maine, fior winter maintenance at Frank L. Samples & Son. Pictured in her cabin in March 1989 are (l-r) Capt. John Keenan of Long Island, NY, who ran a small tug that travelled with the schooner; and Capt. Donald "Red" Thompson of Grosse Point, Michigan, schooner captain for Domino's. In 1990 the schooner returned to Maine and in 1991 was sold by Domino's to two Maine captains.
