Havilah Hawkins II purchased and completely rebuilt and restored a 70 year old sandbagger yacht. He found the 20 ft. TAM O'SHANTER in Rhode Island and did most of the work at North End Shipyard in Rockland , ME. Final details were completed in his Camden, ME shop. He was 23 years old but had a lifetime of experience building and sailing schooners and small boats with his father.
