The SYLVINA W. BEAL was leaving the town dock at the foot of Main Street at Belfast, Maine, in June 1981. The old grain elevator can be seen on the left. A large crowd of people is gathered on the deck of the BEAL and a stream of water can be seen gushing into the air, suggesting a special event.
