SEA FEVER owner and Captain Bob Brown and his wife Linda tested lobster stew they made for guests at the new boat's launching party in June 1972. The 50 ft. off-shore lobster boat was built at the G. I. Hodgdon Co. in East Boothbay, Maine, a new yard developed by George I. "Sonny" Hodgdon, specifically for building wooden lobster boats. The owner and captain was Robert Brown of Marblehead, MA.
