PROVINCETOWN
At the launching party in South Bristol, Maine, for the new 135 ft. passenger ship PROVINCETOWN are Boston Harbor Pilot Jim Frye and Provincetown Harbormaster Stanley "Pidge" Carter. The ship was built in 1973 at the Harvey F. Gamage yard and begain daily summer service between Boston and Provincetown that year.
