Tug C A HARRINGTON followed the schooner SHERMAN ZWICKER among the Tall Ships in Op Sail 1986 at New York. This photo was taken in the East River. The occasion marked the reconstruction and rededication of the Statue of Liberty. The tug and schooner sailed from Boothbay Harbor, Maine.
