Schooner-2 POLLY under sail. This is a very old, historic, small schooner (built 1805), rig is simple - 2 jibs, 2 mains, 1 topsail on after mast. She appears to be empty. 61'4" schooner POLLY built by Richard Currier in 1805 in Amesbury, MA For detailed articles about POLLY, see: http://www.maineboats.com/online/boat-features/schooner-polly-journal Also note that internet searches point to articles claiming she was War of 1812 privateer, which appears to be untrue. There were many other POLLY's, at least two of which were privateers.
