273' schooner CORA F. CRESSY built by Percy & Small in1902 in Bath, Maine. Weight and Dimensions: 2499 gross tons, 273.0' long x 45.4' breadth x 27.9' depth Schooner-5 CORA CRESSY at Portland, sails down, 3 tugs alongside Operated as in coastal trade until 1928 when converted to a night club in Massachusetts. In 1938 she was partially filled gravel and converted to a lobster pound.
