British steamer S.S. CAROLYN in Rockland, Maine in August, 1912 after being salvaged from Metinic Island, Maine, where she was wrecked on January 10, 1912. INfo on front says CAROLYN was raised by crew from Snow Marine. Other sources indicate a salvage crew from Boston succeeded after several local attempts had failed.
