Water side view of Schooner-5 ARTHUR SEITZ after failed launch at Camden, Maine in 1901. note: This appears to be cropped enlargement of image used on page 16 of "Vessels of Camden" by Barbara F. Dyer, Arcadia Publishing, 1998. Dyer's caption reads: The ARTHUR STEITZ was scheduled to be launched on September 4, 1901. However, she crushed her blockings and tipped to the port side, onto her bilge.....workmen placed guy wires to hold her upright. The next day they fixed the blockings and successfully launched the vessel on a high tide. See also LB2013.21.855 & 856
