Roads Houses Two of the three homes on Maple Ave. On the left is the house built by Arthur Sargent (son of Wyer) now belonging to the Rhoades. On the right is an Eaton house built around 1800, then owned by Henry Sargent (son of Wyer) and eventually by the Marston family from 1954-1985.
